To prepare the Lingonberry soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

The water shall be laid on the fire with the berries, which are already washed, with cinnamon and lemon zest and cook ½ hour, then it is filtered.

The soup be put again on the fire, smoothed over with potato flour, udrørt in a little cold water, and sweetened.

The pears are however, peeled, cut into pieces and cooked in very little water and sugar. They poured into the soup, served with baked franskbrøds cubes or small biscuits.
