Instructions for Limedamped halibut

To prepare the Limedamped halibut recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lime and onion cut into slices and put to the bottom of a greased ovenproof dish. Put the fish on top and add broth with the bay leaf. Salt and pepper sprinkle over. The dish is covered with foil and put in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 40 min. Until the fish is white and firm.
