1 | clove | Pressed garlic |
1 | tsp | Grated lime or lemon peel |
1.5 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
1.5 | tbsp | Butter |
1.5 | dl | Dry white wine |
2 | Shallots | |
2 | tbsp | Sunflower oil |
2.5 | dl | Chicken broth |
4 | tbsp | Lime or lemon juice |
Instructions for Lime marinated chicken
To prepare the Lime marinated chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the chicken and dry it. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and rub the chicken with it. Put chicken in a plastic bag with the marinade, close the bag well and put it in the fridge for about 12 hours.
