Ingredients for Leverpostej (Microwave)
1 | whole | Eggs |
1 | nip | Nutmeg |
1 | nip | Pepper |
1 | Round heat-proof Bowl with vertical sides-ca. 15 cm in diameter | |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
150 | g | Minced lard |
2 | tbsp | Finely grated onion |
2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | dl | Milk |
350 | g | Chopped liver |
Instructions for Leverpostej (Microwave)
To prepare the Leverpostej (Microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Come about 2 tablespoons chopped spoon in a bowl. Microwave at 440 Watts for 2 min. Or until it is melted.
Sprinkle flour over flour, stir until it is soaked in the batter.
Add milk and microwave without lid, at 900 Watts for 2 min.
Spoon well in the leveling until it is uniform. Add spices, onions and eggs and whip it well together.
Stir the fern and live in.
Bring the liver post to a round refractory bowl with vertical sides and microwave without lid at 900 watts for 5 minutes. And then at 440 watts for 10-12 min.
In a combination oven, microwave is first microwaveed at 900 watts for 5 minutes. And then on combination grill + 250 watt microwaves for 20 min. Leave the post for 5 minutes, and then notice if it is through.
Served with fried bacon. 6 slices of sliced bacon on a plate or a pie dish. Cover with baking paper or microwave film. Place the plate on the glass plate and microwave at 900 watts for 4-6 minutes. Depending on how crisp they should be. Place bacon on a piece of greasy paper for a couple of minutes. Decorate the liver post with bacon.
