Instructions for Lentil soup 02

To prepare the Lentil soup 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

The lenses are rinsed and drained well.

The chopped onion is cleared in the butter. Lentils, garlic and cumin are added.

The broth is added and it boils without lid for approx. 25 min. Season with lemon juice and salt.

Serve with chopped parsley or coriander leaves.
