Ingredients for Lemon pie 02

Sprinkle of powdered sugar
EVS. pickled lemon slices made of 1 lemon cut into paper thin slices cooked in 1 dl of sugar and 2 tablespoons water
1Lemon grated must from here
1dlFreshly squeezed lemon juice
1tbspSugar
100gButter
2Eggs
200gWheat flour
3-6tbspCold water
75gMelted butter

Instructions for Lemon pie 02

To prepare the Lemon pie 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the tenderloin together and simmer it for a minimum of one hour.

Then roll it out and put it in a greased pie and slice the dough. Set the oven to 200 degrees C.

Whip egg and sugar to the filling - it must be light and airy. Add the melted butter (cooled!) And lemon peel and juice and pour the filling into the unbeared pie.

Put the pie in the oven and turn the heat to 175 degrees C. Place the pie for approx. 35 minutes - keep an eye on the surface. Let the pie stand for 10 minutes for heating.

serving:
Decorate with pickled lemon slices or flour. Server cold or lukewarm with cold whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
