Instructions for Lemon cutter 02
To prepare the Lemon cutter 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Peel the egg yolks with 200 g of flour. Whip the juice of 1 lemon in. Of the egg whites whip a solid foam and add the remaining sugar. The egg whites are gently rotated in the egg yolks together with the sifted flour and potato flour. The dough is divided into wood which is placed separately on a baking sheet coated with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °, warm air 175 ° for approx. 20 minutes. Let them cool off.
Cream: Milk and 4 tablespoons. Corn starch is stirred together and boiled to a cream with constant stirring. Allow the cream to cool off. Stir in a bowl of margarine with flour and vanilla sugar and bring the cooled cream together with the juice of the 2 lemons and stir well. Spread half of the cream on 1 of the dough plates, put one of the other dough plates upstairs and butter the remaining cream on it.
Glaze: Stir in a bowl the sifted flour lime with lukewarm water and the juice of a lemon to a smooth consistency. Place the last dough plate on top, butter the lemon glaze and let it dry.
