150 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
200 | g | Brown sugar |

200-300 | g | Frozen blackberries |
250 | g | Sugar |

4 | tbsp | Concentrated elderflower juice |
50 | g | Oatmeal |
50 | g | Desiccated coconut |
50 | g | Dark chocolate |
50-100 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Late Summer Dream
To prepare the Late Summer Dream recipe, please follow these instructions:
1) Turn the oven on 180 gr hot air and cover a spring mold with baking paper. Whip egg, sugar and vanilla to an airy mass
2) Add flour and baking soda and then thick milk and juice
3) Turn the frozen berries into a spoonful of flour and then turn them into the dough
4) Place the cake on the bottom groove for 30 minutes.
5) While the cake bake: melt the butter and then add brownfarin. When the mass is melted, add coarse-chopped chocolate, coconut, oatmeal and milk.
6) After 30 min. Remove the cake and pour the toppings on the cake and cook for 10-15 minutes.
tips:
The cake may taste a little sweet while it is still hot. Therefore, the best result is achieved by completely cooling.
