To prepare the Lamb schnitzels with bean sprouts and orange/chili-syrup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meat 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Take the meat from and let it rest warm for 5 minutes.
