Instructions for Lamb on skewers
To prepare the Lamb on skewers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Koteletterne dry with paper towels and place them in a plastic bag. Pour marinade over, close the bag and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes with the skin on. They should only be half cooked through. Rinse them in cold water and let them dry. Cut each potato into four pieces, plug them on a skewer and grill them along with lamb koteletterne. Both potatoes and meat brushed with marinade from koteletterne. Frying time for both chops as potatoes are approximately 3-4 min. on each side. Accessories: olives, bread and garlic butter
