Instructions for Lamb Chocolate Provencale with Tzasiki / Cacik
To prepare the Lamb Chocolate Provencale with Tzasiki / Cacik recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Put potatoes, squeezed garlic, parsley, salt and pepper into a dish. Broth poured over.
Rub the lamb with crushed garlic, salt and pepper, and lay with the flat side upwards. Heat the oven for 30 minutes at 225 degrees. Turn the fridge, set the oven to 160 degrees, and leave it for 1-1½ hours. Turn the oven open and open the oven door and leave it for 10 minutes. Cut the lamb out. If potatoes appear to dry, add a little bit of broth.
Pour the yarn into a coffee filter and let it drizzle for 4 hours. Tear the cucumber and squeeze the juice off. Squeezed garlic, cucumber, salt and pepper is stirred in the yarn / A38. If there is time for it to pull a little in the fridge, it will be better.
