Whip the cream stiff.
Stir the egg yolks, sugar and licorice extract well together, and whip a whipped creamy eggshell.
Turn the whipped cream in.
Pour the cream into a suitable mold and freeze the mass for 4-5 hours.
Server ice with a dry lacridor cream.
