Butter/oil
Spagetti/pasta
½tspPepper
½dlWhipped cream
½tspSalt
1Eggs
1tbspBasil fresh/dried
1Lemon (organic)
1Garlic
1Onion
1tbspWater
2canChopped tomatoes
2tspSugar
400gMinced beef

Instructions for Lady and vagabond meatballs

To prepare the Lady and vagabond meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Meatballs:
Stir onion, garlic, lemon peel and juice, egg, water, salt and pepper and leave it rested in the refrigerator for approx. ½ hour. Then form the walnut size filler and simmer them in lightly salted water for 10 minutes.

sauce:
Sweat onions, garlic, basil and pepper. Add tomatoes, sugar and salt and cook with low heat.
Finally add cream and meatballs and warm just right through.

Boil the pasta

tips:
Boil if necessary. The meatballs in the sauce, but remember the binder like flour or rasp, otherwise the meatballs will be cooked to shreds.
