Ingredients for Kyllingepie

Instructions for Kyllingepie
To prepare the Kyllingepie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roll puff pastry out to double size Butter a pie dish (27 cm) with a little oil and line bottom and sides with 3 plates.
Slice the chicken-inderfilet into smaller pieces and put them in the pie with roasted bacon cubes, minced parsley, finely chopped shallots, mushrooms, sliced and blanched the broccoli into small florets. Spice with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle grated cheese and put the last sheet puff pastry on as lids. Brush the pie with the whipped eggs and cut a small hole in the center of the lid (as a femkrone)
Behind the tart at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for 30 minutes.
Pour piskefløden through the hole and behind further 10-15 my.
Pie'en serve hot with salad.
