To prepare the Kvarkfromage recipe, please follow these instructions:
The house block is soaked in cold water for 5 minutes.
The quark is stirred with yolk, sugar or sweetener and lemon peel.
The house blossom is melted in lemon juice, it is cooled slightly and stirred in the quark mixture.
