Krondyrkøllen Brown in a frying pan and FRY well done in the oven with a little water at 200 degrees c. in approximately 1 hour.
Shallots and sauté in a little oil blackberries. Red wine is added, and it boils well down. Wildlife Fund/stegesky added, and once again it boils down. Finally sifted it and whipped up with butter.
