50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Kringle with apple filling
To prepare the Kringle with apple filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk is lunched, the yeast is thrown out.
The Margarine crumbled in the flour. Milk, salt, sugar and egg are added and the dough is kneaded together. Set aside for a slight spot about ¾ hours.
Fill: The apples are peeled and cut into thin boats. Margarine, sugar and cinnamon are stirred together.
The dough rolls out into a plate (about 85x25 cm). The filling is lubricated and the apples are spread over the filling. The dough is rolled into the long joint and formed into a wreath on the plate. Repeats approx. 15 minutes.
Baking time 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven on bottom rib in oven.
