Instructions for Kommalkringler Borris
To prepare the Kommalkringler Borris recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is thrown out in the fingertip water. Oil, cream fry and eggs are added. The remaining parts are added and the dough is well kneaded, preferably on a machine. Add more durum if necessary. The dough is raised for approx. 45 min.
The dough is thrown down and divided into 24 pieces, which are rolled into rods with a long finger. The sausages are formed into dense pastries, which adds on the baking paper one quarter of time. Just brush them in the oven before eating them with squashed eggs (use a smooth rind) and sprinkle with a little bowl.
Baking: 2 plates in a hot air oven at 200 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
2 times 1 plate at alm. Over / under heating at 220 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
