To prepare the Kartoffeltimbaler recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mash the hot, boiled potatoes and whip the eggs. Beat well before the cheese is whipped together with the butter. Season with salt and plenty of pepper. Grease 6 small coconuts (bowls) and spread half of the mash, spread the spinach and pour the cream over. Lift lightly with a fork so that the cream penetrates the spinach. Close with the remaining mashed potatoes. Bake the coconuts in the oven on the second row at 160 degrees for approx. 40 min
