To prepare the Kartoffelfad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Put a layer of potato slices in a refractory dish.
Pour cocktail sausages and peas on top.
Put another layer of potato slices.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and peppers on.
Pour cream and sprinkle with milk.
Place in the oven for one hour at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
