Instructions for Kartofelsuppe
To prepare the Kartofelsuppe recipe, please follow these instructions:
Small diced bacon Sauté in pan, add leeks, finely cut reversed around until they are soft. Also the potatoes into cubes (1 cm.) granted and the sauterer in ca. 10 min. pour in the Broth sprinkled with thyme.
