1000gWhite cabbage

1-2dlWater
2Eggs
2-3tspCurry
300gCarrots peeled weight
500gMinced veal/pork
500gPotatoes peeled weight

Instructions for Karrykål

To prepare the Karrykål recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the dad with all ingredients. Cut the cabbage very well. Peel carrots and potatoes and cut them into the tern.

Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add curry, let it bake and season the vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Slide the vegetables to the side to form a hole in the middle.

Gather the dad to a ball and put it in the gap between the vegetables. Lay the vegetables over the farmer. Add broth.
