2 | dl | Whipped cream |

Instructions for Kanelis II
To prepare the Kanelis II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the cinnamon sticks in water and honey for approx. 10 min. Take the cinnamon sticks up. In the meantime, heat the cream over the water bath. Whip egg yolk and add some drops of hot cream. Then pour the egg yolk into the hot cream and boil under constant whipping until the cream becomes thick. Take the pot off the fire and let the cream cool off. When the cream is cooled, mix it with the syrup that was boiled on honey, cinnamon and water, and then add the remaining ingredients. Put the bowl in the freezer. If too much water has been evaporated when the cinnamon sticks are added, a little more water may be added.
