Salt
1Eggs
1tspGround thyme
1dlWater
1tbspYmer
2Kalkunschnitzer (250-300 g)
3-4Chopped almonds
3-4tbspBreadcrumbs

Instructions for Kalkunschnitzel

To prepare the Kalkunschnitzel recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the lime chops with salt and pepper. Mix eggs and yams and turn the meat into it. Then flatter the meat in a mixture of rasp, chopped almonds and stewed thyme. Brown the meat approx. 2 min. on every side. Take the meat up. Pour the grease from the forehead. Bring lemon juice on the forehead and pour 1 dl of water. Boil well. Should the sauce be thicker add 1 sprout potato. Let it boil 10-15 min.

You can come chopped parsley, chopped choppy and, for example, a small block of frozen spinach in the sauce, then you have stewed spinach next door.
