150 | g | Pineapple |
2 | dl | Icing sugar |
25 | g | Hazelnuts |
250 | g | Grahams |
250 | g | Wheat flour |

4 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
4 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
4.5 | tbsp | Pineapple juice |
40 | g | Liquid margarine |

Instructions for Jungle cake
To prepare the Jungle cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip eggs and sugar together into an airy mass.
Add margarine and buttermilk and stir well.
Mash the bananas and chop the pineapple in small tern. Mix the fruit in the dough.
Chop the nuts roughly and mix them with flour, grahamsmel, oatmeal, soda and vanilla. Turn it into the dough.
Bake in panes approx. 35x40 cm. On the middle groove for approx. 30 min. At 175 *
Decorated with glaze.
