To prepare the Jos avokadois recipe, please follow these instructions:
Avokadoerne split, frugtkødes is taken out and blending it with sugar to a smooth mash. Cream whipped almost stiff and invert gently in the Marsh, which is distributed in four serving glasses or koketter. The portions are put in the freezer overnight and taken out about ½ hour before serving. Can garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a spoonful of jam.
