Ingredients for Jordbærsoufflè
1 | Orange grated to thereof | |
4 | Egg yolks | |
4 | Stiftpiskede whites | |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
500 | g | Strawberries mashed or blended |
6 | tbsp | Sugar |
8 | Leaves isinglass soaked and melted |
Instructions for Jordbærsoufflè
To prepare the Jordbærsoufflè recipe, please follow these instructions:
Use a bowl with high edges. Bind a piece of parchment paper double around the mold to form a 5 cm high edge. The berries moses or blended. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and grated orange peel. Add the isinglass. Mix the berries in and when the mixture begins to curdle cream foam and whites. Pour it into the Bowl so it stands approx 3-4 cm above the edge of the basin shall be made in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Take the paper by the edges and garnish dessert with whipped cream peaks and small whole strawberries
