Instructions for Jimmy ala hoff

To prepare the Jimmy ala hoff recipe, please follow these instructions:

RIDs approximately ½ cm down in swords and rub the salt and pepper well down in the roast. Add Bay leaves in the scratches you make. Pour water at the roast and add the onions and carrots, you can add Bay leaves in the water as it gives a really good flavor. Cut the onions into the boats and the carrots as you have solved. Sometime in between must be poured water over the roast, but not too often as swords will be soft instead of crisp. Came like more salt on after 1 hour in the oven as the water you pour over can take some of it.

Red wine gravy: take the water and onions and carrots from si, take some of the fat off, and then you pour the red wine into the let it cook out together with beef broth. Smooth sauce when it has cooked out to you for the consistency of gravy you want and eventually you add a little Tanner.

Tips:
The onions and carrots you have been filtered off. Can be stored and eaten as an accompaniment as it has a really good and full-bodied taste.

For the sauce, you can also get a little red currant jelly in, it gives a slightly sweeter flavor.
