1 | tbsp | Potato flour |
1 1/2 | tsp | Salt |
1/2 | tsp | Pepper |
2 | tbsp | Margarine |
2 | tbsp | Grated horseradish |
3 | dl | Milk |
600 | g | Chopped elgkød |
Instructions for Jannas moose beef steak
To prepare the Jannas moose beef steak recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix milk, potato flour, horseradish, salt and pepper in the moose meat.
Form the dad for 12-16 steaks, approx. 1 cm thick (may be shaped as they are laid on the forehead, remember to push the meatball flat!). Brown the fat. Place the steaks and put them on a non-hot pan for 2-3 minutes. on every side.
Cook the forehead with 1-2 dl of water. Broth and taste to.
