Ingredients for Italian chopsticks

1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | tsp | Rosemary |
1 | tsp | Thyme |
1/2 | kg | Tomatoes (possibly from canned) |
2 | Coarsely chopped onions | |
2 | tbsp | Chopped capers |
2 | clove | Garlic, crushed |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
3 | tbsp | Olive oil |
600 | g | Minced beef |
Instructions for Italian chopsticks
To prepare the Italian chopsticks recipe, please follow these instructions:
Form the meat to the steaks and season them with salt and pepper. Step them in butter on a forehead. Keep them warm.
Let the coarse onions spin spin in a saucepan. Bring the crushed garlic clove together with flaky, coarse chopped tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary. Pour the wine and let the sauce spin without lid for 15 - 20 minutes. Taste it well. Stir the capers and olives in and taste. Spoon the steaks in the hot tomato sauce and add a little finely chopped capers and a little tomato sauce on each steak.
Loose rice or cooked pasta is served to.
