1.5 | dl | Cream |
10 | g | Coarsely chopped hazelnuts |
50 | g | White chocolate |
50 | g | Dark chocolate |
8 | bullets | Carte d'or triple chocolate (200 g/400 ml) |

To prepare the Ice cream with three kinds of chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
how to do it
1. Cut the white and dark chocolate into pieces and put the chocolate into each bowl.
2. Warm the cream up to boiling point. Pour half of the cream over the dark chocolate and the rest over the white chocolate. Stir around until it is melted.
3. Put 1 spoon of Carte d'Or Triple Chocolate in each of the 4 serving glasses.
4. Pour a large spoon. Dark chocolate sauce over the ice.
5. Add an additional ball of Carte d'Or Triple Chocolate to the next.
6. Pour the white chocolate sauce over the other ice-cream ball.
7. Decorate with chopped hazelnuts and serve immediately.
