Ingredients for Hvidkålgratin

100 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | Eggs | |
50 | g | Margarine |
500 | g | Cooked chopped cabbage from creamed cabbage |
6 | dl | Whole milk |
Instructions for Hvidkålgratin
To prepare the Hvidkålgratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
White cabbage tøes up.
Stir the flour and milk to a jævning in a pan over low heat. The margarine came in and stirring constantly boil the sauce well through to the sauce is glossy and smooth. Pour it into a bowl, stir in the egg yolks one at a time. Add the cabbage and salt.
Beat the egg whites to foam and turn them gently in.
Bake in a greased oven dish approximately 1 hour at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
Serving suggestions: Hvidkåls gratin with URf.eks. tuna, Fried Catfish or fried bacon.
Vegetarian option: Hvidkåls gratin with a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers or melted butter and boiled potatoes.
