To prepare the Hunter schnitzel of ham schnitzel recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bank schnitzlerne with a meat mallet to make them flat. Season the meat with salt and pepper, turn them in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Fry the meat is golden brown on forehead (1-2 min. on each side). Sauté (FRY stirring) bacon cubes and chopped onions Golden. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté at low heat. Add the tomato paste and flour and stir lightly along in wine, water and spices added. Let the sauce simmer for 5 mins.

Stir in the sour cream in.
Serve with fried potatoes.
