240 | g | Mushroom (sliced) |
500 | g | Veal schnitzels |
60 | g | Bacon (diced) |
Instructions for Hunter schnitzel
To prepare the Hunter schnitzel recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Bank schnitzlerne with a meat mallet to make them flat. Season the meat with salt and pepper, turn them in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry the meat is golden brown on forehead (1-2 min. on each side). Take the meat from the Pan and place it on the fat-sucking paper (paper towel etc.) Keep the meat warm in the oven while the sauce is made (I'd suggest 75-100 degrees celsius).
Sauté (FRY stirring) bacon cubes and onions Golden. Add the tomato puree and mushrooms and sauté at low heat. Add the wine, water and spices; Let the sauce simmer for 5 min. stir in the sour cream in. Poured over schnitzel just before serving.
