To prepare the Hungarian squash casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:
Hot oil/butter in a pan and gently fry up onions and potatoes, until the onion is clear. Add the squash, lemon juice and paprika and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until tender. Add the cooked noodles and mix right with sour cream.
