Lasagne sheets
Flour
Oil (canola or other smagsløs)
Grated cirtonskal from 1 lemon
Butter/liquid becel or the like
0.5-1Chili
1trayCherry tomatoes
1bagEntire-leaved fresh spinach
1lWhole milk
2cloveGarlic
200gWhite fish (frost) URf.eks. Alaska pole cod or plaice
400gSalmon pieces (frost)

To prepare the Hot fish salad with spinach and salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:

NOTE Make sure the fish is thawed.
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

Sauce
----
Chop the garlic and chili fine. Suite approx. 1 min in a pot of hot oil.
Now pour garlic and chilli in a bowl and let the pot cool a little.

Now make a classic behamelsovs by melting butter and adding flour in low heat. Stir the milk for a little while, so the sauce does not cling. Once all milk is touched, the heat can be turned up.
