To prepare the Honningristet muesli recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start by making the chopped almonds and apricots ready, there's no time for this when you're done!
Melt the honey on a large pan and grate oatmeal, pumpkin and chopped almonds until golden. Take care of the heat, it burns easily!
Add sun-dried cranberries and raisins and shake for a second.
When the muesli is golden, crisp and slightly cohesive, spread it out on a piece of baking paper until it is cold. Then it comes in a container with a tight lid!
