To prepare the Honey-mustard dressing with birch recipe, please follow these instructions:

1/4 cup Dijon mustard (I made of course my own raw mustard) 1/4 cup of honey (I used 1 tablespoon bipolar, but you can also use 1-2 days) 1 teaspoon of sea salt 1/4 cup of lime or lemon juice 1 Sprig birch (possibly painted if the blender is not too strong.) 1/3 cup of water

Blend it all. Keeps in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
