To prepare the Honey-glazed pork with mushrooms, apples and red cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice / cut (from the end of the ladder) with a pointed narrow knife 2 pockets of approx. 2 cm wide through the ladder. Fill one pocket with scissors approx. 50 g, and the other with apple boats approx. 50 g. Rub the comb with salt and pepper.
Burn the steps on a pan, first with the grease side down. Turn and brown the rest of the comb. Place the steps in a small pan, add a little water and stir at 160 degrees for about 75 minutes.

Distribute the rest of the scallops and the apples cut into both, sprinkle some sugar on the apple boats. Put the steps in the oven and continue at 225 degrees for approx. 10 min. Until the steps are glazed. Take the steps and let it rest for 15 minutes.
2/3 of the steps are cut into slices. All of it is served on dishes with scallops and apples distributed around the steps
