Cut the chicken meat into 1 cm cubes. Mix the yogurt, garlic, ginger, salt and curry paste in a bowl. Turn the chicken meat in the mixture. Mariner it 2 hours. Preheat the grill. Plug the marinated chicken at 24 cocktail sticks. Grill them 2-3 minutes on each side. In the meantime, warm the honey and lemon juice. Brush it on the meat and sprinkle the mint on the ground above.
