Ingredients for Homemade Gløgg
Juice of ½ lemon | ||
The peel of ½ lemon (grated) | ||
1 | bottle | Red wine |
1 | dl | Sugar |
1.5 | dl | Water |
10 | Whole cloves | |
2 | Sticks cinnamon | |
200 | g | Almonds |
200 | g | Raisins |
Instructions for Homemade Gløgg
To prepare the Homemade Gløgg recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sugar and water are mixed and poured over the flask when the sugar is dissolved, the cinnamon sticks, carnations, lemon juice and the tornado are dissolved.
The whole is boiled for approx. 10 min. And then allowed to cool for approx. 2 hours.
The whole is aimed after which you will find red wine, raisins and almonds. Everything is heated just before it is used, do not boil.
tips:
The amount of raisins and almonds can be reduced or increased according to taste.
