20Marie biscuits (the base can even be made)
200gDark chocolate or desire chocolate
3Pasteurized egg whites

Instructions for Homemade cream puffs

To prepare the Homemade cream puffs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add vinegar, sugar and oatmeal. Whip for the mass is chewy and sugar no longer crunching. Came the filling in a freezer bag with a hole in the bottom tip.
