To prepare the Home Made Tomato Paste-Spicy recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and dry the tomatoes well and cut them into smaller pieces. Got them in a saucepan with the other ingredients, except Atamon, and let them boil gently, covered, for 40 min. Stir occasionally so they do not burn. Remove the Bay leaves and thyme stems, and fits the mixture through a sieve. Place in a pan and reduce to 2/3. Remove from the heat, and then stir in Atamonen. Pureen on glass.
