Ingredients for Hindbærpavlova
0.5 | tsp | Vinegar |
1 | dl | Egg white |
125 | g | Raw marzipan |
150 | g | Icing sugar |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
500 | g | Raspberry |
Instructions for Hindbærpavlova
To prepare the Hindbærpavlova recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg whites, vinegar and half the sugar to staple foam. Turn the rest of the sugar in and whistle on until everything is staple again.
Tear the marcipan in the meringue mass and turn it together quickly. Lay ma-clean like a big mountain on a baking sheet with baking paper. Go for a diameter of 20-25 cm. Bake for 30-40 min. At 150 degrees, so it's cool and caramelic in the middle. Put it for cooling on a grill.
Immediately before serving, decorate with whipped cream and lots of berries. Finish with a sprinkle of flourish.
