1 | tbsp | Honey |
1.5 | tbsp | Oil URf.eks. canola oil |
10-15 | g | Yeast |
2 | tsp | Salt |
3 | dl | Good Granola |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
5 | dl | Boiling water |
60 | g | Sundried cranberries |

To prepare the Healthy lanthanum shredded muesli bowls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the water to boil and stir in muesli and cranberries. Let it pull for 1 / 2-1 hours. Stir cream and yolk in when the water is lukewarm. Bring honey, oil, salt and orange in. Then stir the flour for a little while until the texture is quite wet. Stir the dough well for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle flour over and place warm-up film around (there must be room for the dough to rise in the bowl) Put the dough in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Use a large spoon dipped in the oil to ffome some big bowls with. Put the balls on a baking sheet with baking paper, sprinkle a little flour over them and bag them in a 220 degree hot oven for approx. 25 min. Until they are light brown. Take them out and let them chill on a grate.
tips:
These buns are wholesome and delicious. Even though they take some time to do it is worth it. The balls taste best with cheese, marmalade, butter or ham. Hope it will be a success!
