2Writes rubrød, toasted and broken into smaller pieces (not necessary with brown bread.)
2-3Hills fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries-grapes can also be used)
2-4tspAcacia honey (to taste)
3-4tbspMascarpone
4tbspGreek yogurt 2%

Instructions for Healthy breeze

To prepare the Healthy breeze recipe, please follow these instructions:

The rye bread is shaken and broken into small pieces.

The Greek yogurt, mascarpone and honey are combined into a delicious cream. Berries are flushed and cut as desired. Dessert is served in glass, rye bread at the bottom, then cream and top berries. I chose to tear a bit of dark chocolate on top of my berries :-)

tips:
The rye bread can easily be avoided, and for example dark grated chocolate or marcipan is fine as "topping".
