150 | g | Sugar |

2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
400 | g | Sea buckthorn |
5 | Gelatin leaves |
Instructions for Havtornemousse
To prepare the Havtornemousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the rinsed berries with sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Blend and say the berries and cool.
Melt the soaked husblas in a water bath, stir a little of the berry puree in the melted husblas and stir it all in the puree.
Whip the cream halfway. The egg whites are whipped stiff, and that and the cream are turned gently in the carrier paste until it is solid.
Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until it is staple.
tips:
All kinds of berries can be used, but the sea towers have a very special and nice taste (and give a very nice color). Have tried with shrubs. Also nice color and tastes lovely.
