Instructions for Hasle Bread
To prepare the Hasle Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Yeast dissolve in the lukewarm water, add the oil. The batter and some of the wheat flour are added. The salt should be added now (if before, yeast cells can be destroyed). The whole is kneaded and more wheat flour is added as needed. The dough is placed in a temperate place for about 1½ hours, after which the dough is sprouted, shaped like bread (round lacquer) and adheres for about 10 to 20 minutes. Like on the oven. The bread should bake for about 50 minutes. The loaves are placed in the middle of the oven (no meaning for the user with a hot air oven). You can place a oven dish in the bottom of the oven with a little water in to steam in the oven. The dish is taken out 5 minutes before the breads are finished.
