Instructions for Hamburger chops in dish
To prepare the Hamburger chops in dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
The raw hamburger rye is cut for approx. ½ - 1 cm thick slices. Sweat in butter approx. 30 sec. on every side. Place the slices roofed in an ovenproof dish.
Sauce: The scallops are finely chopped and golden in the excess butter in the forehead. Stir mustard and flour together and stir together with the onions. Add the wine while stirring and cook well. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the chops. Tire with foil. Put the dish in the oven approx. 20 min. At max. 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
