Instructions for Hambread II
To prepare the Hambread II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the dough into your favorite bread and follow the recipe. After finishing raise the dough is well kneaded and rolled out approx. 40x15 cm. Slices of smoked ham are put on the dough, as well as whole smiling eggs that have turned in fresh herbs. Fold the bread and shape it. Brush with egg yolk stirred with a little water and sprinkle with durum wheat and coarse salt. Let the bread rise about 1 hour a warm place under a cloth. Set in the middle of a preheated oven of 225 degrees. After 5 min. Baking is thrown a cup of water on the baking sheet. After another 5 min. Screw down to 175 degrees and the bread baked completely (about 30 minutes). Take the bread, put it on a grate and let it rest for 30 minutes before cutting it into thick slices.
